Our alumni live in dozens of states and countries around the world, yet all 75,000 call Xavier home. We strive to achieve our mission together, achieving our dreams as we make the world a better place.
The National Alumni Association is comprised of many communities — groups of alumni, supporters, and friends. We provide opportunities for you to stay engaged with one another in meaningful ways.
Alumni Chapters
Alumni chapters are communities based on geographic location and include Xavier graduates, family members, and friends of the University who live the Xavier mission through faith-based, service, or social events.
To request specific chapter president contact information or to get involved with your local chapter, reach out to Dori Moellering, Assistant Director of Alumni and Parent Relations.
An affinity group is a group of alumni at Xavier connected because of another common interest. But it also goes deeper than that. These connected alumni have a purpose, a cause. They want to do something. They are a part of this specific group, but above all, they are Xavier alumni, too, carrying on the University Mission.
The annual Edgecliff event took place on April 20, 2023. A large, enthusiastic crowd enjoyed a Xavier Chorus Concert at Bellarmine Chapel and a pre-concert reception in the Clock Tower in Gallagher Student Center. This year’s Sullivan Award winner was Nancy Ochs McDonald. This award is given for outstanding service in public or private life through career or volunteer work. Congratulations Nancy! We look forward to next year’s event in the Spring of 2025.
