BA in Organizational Leadership
The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership is designed for adult students who want to prepare for leadership positions in organizational settings. Students acquire a broad foundational knowledge, deepened within a specific disciplinary minor and applied in a community-based project.
Students complete 15 credits in required courses in management, communication and psychology, as well as one elective. They also must complete a minor and a capstone course.
The degree with three of its minors can be completed fully online.
