Alpha Sigma Lambda

Alpha Sigma Lambda, Honor Society for Non-Traditional Students

Xavier University is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda (ASL), an honor society for outstanding adult students in higher education. Xavier's chapter name is Xi Delta.

Alpha Sigma Lambda's aim is to recognize the special achievements of adults who accomplish academic excellence while facing competing interests of home and work. Xavier inducted its first ASL members in May 2019.

The criteria for membership include; current student in a degree-seeking program, full or part-time, number of credit hours taken at Xavier, GPA, and class rank percentile.

Eligible students are selected and contacted at the beginning of each academic year.
