Submitting Accommodation Letters

This process is for students who have completed the intake process with the Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources and have been approved for accommodations. If you are not approved and need accommodations, please refer to our Process for Requesting Accommodations.

  1. Access AIM
    1. Use Single Sign On to access your account, if prompted.
    2. If you encounter an error or your classes/accommodations are not correct, please contact Accessibility and Disability Resources.
  2. Check boxes for the courses you wish to request accommodations for.
  3. Select the accommodations you wish to use for each course.
    1. Some accommodations are selected as a group (i.e. Alternative Testing). You will not have the option to select individual accommodations for this group. All your eligible accommodations in the group will show for your professors on the accommodation letter.
  4. Click on the "Submit Your Accommodation Requests" button to finish.
