Short-Term Programs

Apply for or renew your US passport as soon as possible if you’re thinking of studying abroad during academic year 2022-2023. The US State Department is experiencing delays -- expedited passports are taking at least 5-7 weeks and regular service is 8-11 weeks.  Additionally, you are strongly advised to pay for the expedited service and return mail service. Generally your passport expiration date should be valid for 6 months after your departure date back to the US.

Faculty-led Programs

Students can earn 3 to 12 credit hours on these short-term programs led by Xavier faculty during summer, spring, and winter breaks. Program duration is anywhere between 10-days and six-weeks long. Click here for more information.

Other Programs

Students can enroll in programs during winter, spring, and summer breaks through education abroad providers such as USAC, API, AIFS, and others. To find these programs, please search Xavier's Studio Abroad website.
