I enjoy being back on campus and working for XU! As an employee who has worked in various roles, I would add value to the Staff Advisory Committee as a campus partner; through networking, gathering of colleague insights and disseminating information in a professional manner. I am committed to improving the XU staff community by building intentional and meaningful connections across campus, valuing the expertise of colleagues and communicating insights through the Staff Advisory Committee.

As a SAC member, I would be committed to representing the best interests of Xavier staff as well as the Xavier community as a whole. At my core, I am a collaborator and would be honored with the responsibility of serving as a liaison between staff and campus leadership. I welcome the opportunity to assume the duty of a representative of staff concerns, goals and professional inclinations.

I am committed to the mission and vision of Xavier University as a Jesuit Catholic institution rooted in the liberal arts tradition. I believe firmly in the strength of our community, the value of our purpose, and the dedication of our staff. As Xavier moves towards its third century, Staff Advisory Committee is deepening its role on campus. I want to contribute to that good work and be of service to the Xavier community through involvement with SAC.

I believe I have a good understanding of concerns shared by many of the staff at Xavier and I would work to bring those issues to the attention of the administration and be an advocate for all staff at Xavier.

If chosen to serve on the Staff Advisory Committee, I will be a voice for all and especially represent our staff of color. Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging is my passion and I would strive to make sure this is at the forefront of SAC.
