LEARN ABOUT ADDITIONAL RESOURCES
Library
The University Library provides access to instructional resources and individual consultation with a librarian via phone, chat, email or text message. Web-accessible resources include electronic collections (including research databases and digital full-text journals), RefWorks (a bibliographic management tool for reference searches), and interlibrary loan services. The library website features a page addressing the specific needs of online students. It also provides a student tutorial, XU.TUTOR, that teaches effective research techniques and gives guidelines on plagiarism and copyright issues.
Financial Aid
Review scholarship, grant, assistantship and financing options. The Office of Student Financial Assistance is available to answer questions at any time.
Graduate Student Association
The Graduate Student Association (GSA) represents all full- and part-time graduate students and works to improve the quality of life for all graduate students at Xavier. GSA is an excellent leadership opportunity available to any Xavier graduate student.
Career Development Office
The Career Development Office offers career resources, programming and support. Graduate students are encouraged to schedule an appointment with a career coach to discuss specific career development needs.

Learning Assistance Center
The Office of Academic Support (OAS) provides support services to facilitate learning. The OAS has two main purposes: tutoring and Accessibility and Disability Resources. The tutoring services include subject specific tutoring and study skills assistance. Students in an online course can contact the OAS at (513) 745-3280 to set up an appointment.

Final Grades and Graduation
To see final grades for your courses, you must go through the Student Hub. There you will see "Academic Records/Registration Information". From this link you can view your final grades, view a copy of your student academic transcript, and visit the DegreeWorks audit tool which shows your complete curriculum requirements for the degree. This is an excellent guide for reviewing progress in the program.
The last link you will see here is the "graduation Application." While graduation seems like a ways off, you do need to know that this form must be completed very early in the semester in which you plan to graduate. Therefore, when you register for courses in your final term also fill out this application and submit it. There will be a $50 application fee added at that time for the semester.
