Xavier Online MBA Program Ranked No. 1 in Ohio

Xavier University’s Online MBA program is the best in Ohio and continues climbing the ranks of the nation’s top fully online degrees, according to U.S. News and World Report rankings released today.

The outlet’s Best Online Program Rankings for 2022 placed the Williams College of Business’s Online MBA as the top program in the state and No. 56 nationally, jumping 11 spots from last year’s ranking. Xavier outperformed schools such as the University of Cincinnati (No. 78) and Ohio University (No. 88) in the category.

“Xavier has long been widely regarded as the gold standard for premier MBA programs in Cincinnati,” said Russell Lacey, PhD, Dean of the Graduate School at Xavier University. “Whether you take all or some of your courses online, you receive the same levels of individualized attention and highly relevant and practical knowledge taught by many of our best business professors.”

The University also ranked as having Ohio’s best Online MBA program for veterans, climbing to No. 38 nationally in that category, nine spots improved from 2021.

Drilling down, U.S. News rated the program No. 9 in the Midwest and No. 16 among private institutions. Xavier also placed near the top of the list for online MBA specialties in finance (No. 15) and general management (No. 24) nationally.
