Pope Francis Presentation
The 2nd Annual Presentation on Pope Francis
Honoring the 2nd Anniversary of His Election
His Commitment to the Environment
'Let us be protectors of God's creation, protectors of God's plan inscribed in nature,
protectors of one another and of the environment.'
Pope Francis has energized the faithful world since his election on March 13, 2013. A hallmark of his papacy has been a focus on environmental protection as a Christian ethic of care. Dan Misleh, Executive Director of the Catholic Climate Covenant, will offer his insights on the Pope's commitment to creation on the eve of the publication of his encyclical on ecology.
