Marcomm Dashboard


This dashboard provides an overview of our social media and website engagement metrics. It highlights key performance indicators (KPIs) such as social media reach, top webpages, SEO, and print highlights. By analyzing these metrics, we can gain insights into our digital performance and identify areas of success and improvement. 


Instagram:
MarComm has been posting an average of 26 posts per month over the past three months. (This is above the landscape average.) This consistency has led to a 6% increase in followers since the start of the year and a 1.6% increase over the past three months. Posts from this period consist of informative content, campus life, historical highlights, and school rankings.

Twitter:
The number of tweets since the start of the year has dropped by 8.6%. While we were seeing a steady increase in followers earlier in the year, the follower count has started to decline. From October to the end of November, we observed a 1% decrease (0.88%). During these two months, we only used two hashtags.

TikTok:
Since the start of the year, we have posted 54 videos on TikTok. From January to August, we posted below the landscape average (except for April). However, after August, we increased our posting frequency. We’ve had two videos with over 400K views, posted in February and April. In November, the most successful hashtags focused on places around Xavier to get gifts or treats. The most engaging posts were related to sports.
