Paul Feldkamp is the Assistant Director of Graduate Student Success at Xavier University, where he is dedicated to enhancing the graduate student experience through academic support, professional development, and community engagement initiatives. His work focuses on fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for graduate students to thrive. Previously, Paul worked at the University of Cincinnati and Morehead State University, focusing on retention efforts for undergraduate students.
Paul has presented at conferences such as the Ohio Council for Teachers of Mathematics, the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), sharing insights on STEM education, diversity, and student success. His research interests lie in higher education, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Before transitioning to higher education, Paul worked in the K-12 education system and published research on K-12 STEM initiatives.
