Chicago Board Options Exchange

'CBOE' offers equity, index and ETF options, including proprietary products, such as SandP 500 options (SPX), the most active U.S. index option, and options on the CBOE Volatility Index (VIX), the world's barometer for market volatility.

 

NYSE Euronext

NYSE Euronext, the holding company created by the combination of NYSE Group, Inc. and Euronext N.V., was launched on April 4, 2007. As the world's leading and most liquid equities exchange group, NYSE Euronext powers the exchanging world and is comprised of equities and derivatives exchanges across the United States and Europe which trade cash equities, futures, options, fixed-income and exchange-traded products.

 

Eurex

Eurex is one of the world's leading derivatives exchanges and is jointly operated by Deutsche BÖrse AG and SIX Swiss Exchange. Eurex offers a broad range of international benchmark products and operates the most liquid fixed income markets in the world, featuring open and low-cost electronic access.

 

Kansas City Board of Trade

Early trading at the Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT) was primarily in cash grains. Today, grain elevators, exporters, millers and producers use the exchange to protect their cash positions by buying or selling futures and options. Stock market investors also utilize KCBT products. Nonetheless, cash grain trading is still the core business of many of KCBT's members.

 

Minneapolis Grain Exchange

Since its inception in 1881, the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) has been the principal market for hard red spring wheat (HRSW) - first as a cash market, then futures and options. Millers, exporters, elevators, farmers and speculators look to MGEX when they trade HRSW.

National Futures Association (NFA) is the industrywide, self-regulatory organization for the U.S. futures industry.

 

International Swap and Derivatives Association

International Swap and Derivatives Association (ISDA), which represents participants in the privately negotiated derivatives industry, is among the world's largest global financial trade associations as measured by number of member firms. ISDA was chartered in 1985, and today has over 830 member institutions from 57 countries on six continents. These members include most of the world's major institutions that deal in privately negotiated derivatives, as well as many of the businesses, governmental entities and other end users that rely on over-the-counter derivatives to manage efficiently the financial market risks inherent in their core economic activities.
