D’Artagnan Award Faculty Nomination Form

If you encounter an excellent student paper that you think should be considered for the D’Artagnan Award, please fill out this form and attach the paper at the end. If your student’s paper is selected, we will contact the student for additional information and permissions. 

 

If you encounter an excellent student multimodal project, please submit it through the Writing Program Canvas site. (The files for video, audio, and images are too large to attach to these forms, but they can be submitted through Canvas.) For these projects, just include the student’s name and which class they were in (ENGL 101 or ENGL 115) in the Comments box. As with written work, if your student’s multimodal work is selected, we will contact the student for additional information and permissions.
