Molly Dugan, Ed.D.

Dr. Molly Dugan (she/her) joined Xavier University in August 2011 as an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Involvement, where she worked with Xavier’s new student orientation programs, including Manresa, the Peer Mentors, various leadership programs, Senior Week, and developed the Arrupe Leaders Program. In August 2019, Molly was selected to serve as the Director of Student Integrity through a national search. In this role, Molly implements fair, impartial, and effective behavioral interventions for students via the student conduct process. 

Molly is a graduate of three Jesuit institutions, including Xavier. She received her bachelor’s degree in history and theology from the University of San Francisco, where she was highly involved on campus and found her calling as a student affairs professional. She then went on to Seattle University to pursue a master's degree in Student Development Administration. After graduating from Seattle U in 2008, Molly accepted a position at Converse College in Spartanburg, SC, serving for three years as the Director of Student Activities and Orientation/Assistant Director of Residential Life before coming to Xavier.

In December 2018, Molly graduated from Xavier University with her doctorate in Leadership Studies with a focus on higher education. Her dissertation research focused on ethical decision making by undergraduate students at Jesuit institutions.
