As part of Xavier's Cloud Storage Policy, Information Technology has developed the following support documentation and training for the adoption of the only university-approved, cloud-based file storage systems, Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint. OneDrive and SharePoint's integration with the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) allows for streamlined collaboration while utilizing a secure and reliable collaborative tool that provides anytime, anywhere access to university data.
