Shelia Doran Honored as Inaugural Recipient of AFMIX’s Traub Award

Senior teaching professor of mathematics, Sheila Doran, was honored as the inaugural recipient of the ‘Fr. George Traub SJ Award for Exemplary Service to the Mission and Identity at Xavier University’ at last week’s Celebration of Excellence. The distinction recognizes her 20 years of involvement in AFMIX as participant, facilitator, and spiritual guide. Her mission leadership has directly impacted the personal and professional lives of more than 300 campus staff, faculty, and administrators.  Faculty and staff within the College of Arts and Sciences congratulate Doran on this recognition.
