2024 - 2025 PARKING PERMITS NOW ON SALE

 Visit xavier.edu/parkingpermit to order your permit.

How to Order a Permit

  • Visit Xavier.edu/parkingpermit and log in using single-sign-on.

  • Click the three bars on the top to expand the navigation window. On the left hand navigation, click on Add & Manage Your Vehicles.

  • Add your vehicle information.

  • Once your vehicle has been added, on the left hand navigation click on Register For Your Permit.

    • Follow the instructions for obtaining a permit.

  • Once added, review the terms and conditions and sign your name to accept.

  • Confirm your permit payment – your permit payment will be sent to the Bursar. Click continue.

    • For new employees: Print out your temporary permit and place on the driver’s side dash. New employees will receive a notification when their permit fulfillment has been completed and parking permit is issued and ready for pickup. You may pick up your permit at the Office of Auxiliary Services located in the Musketeer Mezzanine in Justice Hall.

    • For commuters: Print out your temporary permit and place on the driver’s side dash. Commuter students will receive a notification when their permit fulfillment has been completed and parking permit is issued and ready for pickup. You may pick up your permit at the Office of Auxiliary Services located in the Musketeer Mezzanine in Justice Hall. 

    • For residents: Print out your temporary permit and place on the driver’s side dash. Resident students will receive notification when their permit fulfillment has been completed and parking permit is issued and ready for pickup. Your permit will be available for pickup at the Mail Center.

 

It is an individual's responsibility to understand and comply with all rules and regulations published while operating a motor vehicle on campus. Lack of available parking spaces and failure to comply with these rules and regulations are not a valid excuse for the violation of any and all parking regulations. The purchase of a Xavier Parking Permit does not guarantee a parking space in all lots for which a permit is valid.

*Visitors are defined as individuals that are not affiliated with the university. Under no circumstances shall a university employee or student be deemed a non-affiliated individual.
