Tom Eiser
Associate Athletic Director for Communications, Athletics
Tom Eiser, Xavier University Associate Athletic Director for Communications, was hired in 1986 and directs the athletic communications efforts, including communications, media relations, broadcast production, web site, social media, publicity, publications, record-keeping and research for his alma mater's 18 NCAA Division I sports. In addition to his Xavier duties, Eiser serves on the BIG EAST Conference Academic Affairs Committee and the BIG EAST Conference Marketing Team. In addition to his other responsibilities, Eiser is the administrator for the men's and women's tennis programs and has been the curator and director of the P. Douglas O'Keefe Xavier Athletic Hall of Fame on the Cintas Center concourse since its inception in 2005 and is the chair of the HOF selection committee. Eiser, who was honored in 2015 with the Sports Executive Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cincinnati Sports Professional Network, is a 1984 graduate of Xavier University with a bachelor's degree in English. Eiser graduated with a master's degree in educational administration from Xavier in 2011.
