Xavier University and the Department of Art are pleased to announce a Solo Thesis Exhibition - Stars by senior Art Major, Nick Namyar, December 1-20, 2023.
Namyar’s exhibition features self-directed music videos, photography, and graphic design branding for eight Cincinnati artists, including seven Xavier students and alumni. This exhibition highlights the next generation of talent while taking inspiration from different artists and design styles from previous generations.
His passion for music videos was reignited this summer when he interned at a music video production company in Los Angeles. As a double major, Nick collaborated with the Digital Innovation, Film, and Television Department for access to equipment to shoot the music videos.
Stars is guaranteed to make each viewer feel the radiant vibrating energy. The artist’s reception on Friday, December 8th, from 5-7, will feature live performances by Xavier students.
