SMS Terms and Conditions

Xavier University Office of Admissions uses SMS messages to communicate about application and financial aid deadlines, event reminders, registration and other information important to prospective undergraduate applicants, prospective graduate applicants, and current undergraduate students.

Text Opt In

Current and prospective students may opt in to SMS messages by filling out a consent form on the university’s office of admissions website and agreeing to the SMS Terms and Conditions. The consent form can be accessed in the following links:

Text Messaging Costs

Message and data rates may apply. When you opt in to receive SMS messages, you are responsible for any carrier fees such as data plan charges, text messaging charges, tolls, out-of-area roaming and other charges. Messaging frequency per month varies based on your student status and associated actions. Note that SMS communications from Xavier University may not be available through all mobile carriers.

Your use of the SMS messaging services is governed by the University’s Privacy Policy. Xavier University will not ask you for, nor should you provide personally identifiable information, passwords, or any other confidential or sensitive information in SMS messages. Except as permitted by Xavier University’s Privacy Policy, Xavier University does not share your information with third parties.
