Meet the Professional Events / Meet the Firm Nights
Here is your chance to meet companies recruiting WCB MBA's. These events are your opportunity to interact on a personal basis with company HR recruiters and executives. Professional events are scheduled throughout the year including: professional networking hours downtown, golf outings, company/student receptions before home basketball games, and more.

Executive Mentor Program
Ensures Xavier students a viable and effective network of notable professional contacts to assist them in their careers. Moving beyond traditional mentor programs where a mentor counsels a student on academic growth or personal direction, our program involves more than 500 high-ranking executives who meet with students one-on-one.
Internship Program
An integrated classroom/work experience program coordinated with your major field of study in the Williams College of Business at Xavier. It is a structured program in which students work in a career-related position while earning both money and academic credit and provides students the chance to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical way. Many students are hired as permanent employees once their internship is complete.

The Vault Online Career Resource Library
Vault is an online library containing various resources to facilitate students in finding the career, company, and job that is right for them. Students can research company profiles, review industry guides, and find valuable career advice by accessing Vault online 24 hours a day or by downloading part or all of the articles. This is a free service for our Xavier MBA Students.
NACElink is an online job board sponsored by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, and free to students. Search jobs posted for Xavier University and Williams College of Business students and alumni. If you'd like, you can post your resume and apply for positions via NACElink, similar to how you use eRecruiting, or apply for positions offline using the contact information listed in each posting. InterviewStream provides you with the opportunity to practice your interviewing skills before you're sitting in front of an employer when it really counts. Using your computer's webcam, this interview technology allows you to choose questions you'd like to practice, record your responses, and email them for feedback to the MBA career coach or to someone else knowledgeable on interviews whom you've asked to give you an honest assessment. If you don't have a webcam, MBA students can borrow one from the MBA office on the first floor, Hailstones Hall.
WCB Interview Program
Businesses can meet high quality candidates while at the same time branding their corporate image into the minds of hundreds of faculty, staff, students, and other campus visitors. To set up, businesses simply provide us their availability, a job description, and any other necessary criteria. We'll collect the applications for you and pre-screen the candidates based on your needs. Please allow at least three weeks notice to effectively execute your WCB interviewing experience.
