Out of Class EventsThe Williams College of Business and the MBA program offer many events for interested candidates, registered students, and alumni including information sessions, GMAT preparation workshops, and formal program events. Many of these events are exclusively for students and alumni that participate in XMBA program. Use the following links to register for these events. Project COPE: Challenging Outdoor Personal ExperienceProject COPE is a mandatory two day, all-day overnight event which occurs the first week of the XMBA program at Camp Friedlander Boy Scout Camp in Milford Ohio. Check the class calendar for the exact date and time.Project COPE is an experiential learning activity in which students participate in trust and team building activities, leadership exercises, high and low ropes courses, and climbing and repelling exercises, in addition to other mental and physical challenges. Project COPE is a unique opportunity to enhance your MBA studies, provide unique learning experiences and to quickly build strong relationships with your fellow XMBA students outside of the classroom. While attendance for Project COPE is required for all incoming XMBA students, participation in the various physical and mental challenges is determined by the comfort level of the student. You decide how hard you want to physically push yourself. Additionally, the overnight stay is optional though many students enjoy the extra networking time with their peers.
