Refunds and Tuition Credit
Please Note: Refunds for the Spring 2025 semester are sent out once all Financial Aid has disbursed and records have been reviewed. We anticipate refunds to begin being generated as of Friday January 24th, 2025. The refund process will then continue every Wednesday moving forward throughout the semester.
If you're new to Xavier, watch for a bright GREEN envelope from BankMobile Disbursements in the mail. It will be sent to your home address during the summer or to your campus address during the semester.
How do I request a refund check?
There is no need to request a refund check for a credit balance that appears on your bursar account. The Bursar's Office performs a refund process each week.
