OAIster (updated weekly; much full-text and other digital content; RefWorks help) serves as a portal for more than 19 million digital resources from over 1,000 organizations developed by the University of Michigan and harvested using OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting). It includes digital items such as books and articles, audio files, images, videos, and datasets (downloadable statistics files). Users can search by keyword, title, creator, subject or resource type (audio, dataset, image, text, or video). Searches yield a detailed and well-organized description of the resource and a persistent/stable link to the resource itself. Indexed content includes the Library of Congress' American Memory Project, various pre-print and e-print servers, and digital thesis and dissertation collections. It is produced by University of Michigan Digital Library Production Services and the user interface is provided by OCLC (Online Computer Library Center).

Ohio Administrative Code (updated regularly; all full-text) contains all rules, including full appendices, certified to the Legislative Service Commission and the Secretary of State. It is produced by the State of Ohio and the user interface is provided by Anderson Publishing, Inc.

Ohio Capitol Connection (replaces Gongwer News Service) provides one site for comprehensive Ohio legislative and governmental information. Users can gather information from current and previous general assemblies. Users can also view the status of bills and the text of amendments, fiscal impact statements, and opinions. It includes calendar and events, resource center, freshmen biographies, breaking news, find a bill, documents, the budget corner, and week in review. Special features include legislation, 50 state search, meetings, committees, legislators, politics, government information links, and audio files.

Ohio's Newspapers (most from 1990s-present; all full-text, although none in PDF; RefWorks help) provides access to 5 Ohio newspapers: The Toledo Blade (1/1/1996-present), The Cincinnati Post (4/1/1980-12/31/2007), The Columbus Dispatch (7/16/1985-present), The Dayton Daily News (1/1/1990-present), and The Cleveland Plain Dealer (6/1/1981-present). Users can search all newspapers at once or individual titles. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by NewsBank.

Ohio Revised Code (updated regularly; all full-text) permits searching and browsing of Ohio legislation. It is produced by the State of Ohio and the user interface is provided by Anderson Publishing, Inc.

American Poetry 1600-1900 & Bernd Rehm's Alginates: Biology and ApplicationsOhioLINK Electronic Book Center (Using this resource; all full-text; RefWorks help; XLinks) contains thousands of scholarly and reference e-books covering the humanities, sciences and social sciences. Users can search the collection by keyword or phrase or browse the collection by author, title or subject area. The individual collections that have links can be searched separately. The collections come from multiple publishers (ABC-CLIO, Gale, Oxford University Press, Sage & Springer) and the user interface for the combined collections is provided by OhioLINK. OhioLINK Library Catalog (updated daily; video tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) provides access to more than 48 million items located at 89 college, university, public, and state libraries in Ohio. Users may request items online (printable instructions; video tutorial) and pick them up in 3 business days at an OhioLINK library of their choosing. When available there are links to Read (full-text available) and Limited Preview (limited full-text available) at Google Books. It is produced by OhioLINK and the user interface is provided by Innovative Interfaces, Inc.

OhioLINK Music Center (OMC) (audio files; XLinks) contains more than 78,000 tracks and 21,000 works of digital music, all available for educational use to students, faculty, and staff of OhioLINK member institutions. Users can search for tracks or albums by keyword or they can browse by genre, composer, performer, track title, work title, or date of composition. Genres include Chinese, classical, contemporary jazz, spoken word, and the world. A Flash player is required to listen to the music. Catalog records for the albums are available in the OhioLINK Library Catalog. It is produced by Naxos Music Library and the user interface is provided by OhioLINK.

Old Testament Abstracts (1978-present; some full-text; tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) features indexing and abstracts for journal articles, monographs, multi-author works, and software related to Old Testament studies. Content from over 450 international journals is covered. All abstracts are in English, regardless of the language of the original work. Topics covered include antiquities, archaeology, biblical theology, philology and more. An alphabetical list of scriptures permits users to search for references based on selected scriptures. It is produced by the American Theological Library Association (ATLA) and the Catholic Biblical Association. The user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

Open Access Theses and Dissertations (OATD) (all full-text) currently includes 1.5 million theses and dissertations. OATD aims to be the best possible resource for finding open access graduate theses and dissertations published around the world. Information about the theses and dissertations comes from over 600 colleges, universities and research institutions.

OT Search (some 1890-present; no full-text; RefWorks help; Advanced searching) provides indexing and abstracts for journal articles, books and other materials. It covers occupational therapy, rehabilitation, education, psychiatry, psychology, health care delivery and health care administration. Note: if you export citations into RefWorks, the FindIt@XU button is also exported for each reference, providing you with your full-text options. Evidence-Based Practice Tip: To limit search results to articles with some level of evidence: Click the OT Search button. In the resulting search window click Power Search. Type your topic in the textboxes provided. Type quantitative or qualitative or empirical or case stud* or evidence based or method* in the next available textbox. Click the down arrow adjacent to this textbox and select words or phrase.

Oxford Art Online (prehistory-1990's; updated monthly; all full-text; XLinks) is the online version of the 1996 edition of Dictionary of Art and the 2001 edition of the Oxford Companion to Western Art. It also contains Grove Art Online, Concise Oxford Dictionary of Art Terms, Encyclopedia of Aesthetics, and direct links from articles in Oxford Art Online to ARTstor and Art Resources. It contains 45,000 articles on every aspect of the visual arts (painting, sculpture, graphic arts, architecture, decorative arts, photography) and contains biographical information on over 20,000 artists, patrons, collectors, and dealers with bibliographic citations at the end of each article. Oxford Biblical Studies Online (prehistory-1990's; updated monthly; all full-text; XLinks) is a comprehensive resource for the study of the Bible and biblical history directed toward college students, scholars, clergy, and anyone in need of an authoritative, ecumenical and up-to-date resource. There is a Bible verse look-up feature as well as search and browse capabilities. Texts from selected Oxford Bibles can be viewed in a side-by-side display with the user's choice of commentary and annotation for the Study Bibles, the stand-alone Oxford Bible Commentary, and A to Z concordances for the NRSV and NAB translations. Bible content is supplemented by collections of major apocryphal Old and New Testament texts in translation, as well as Oxford Handbook of Biblical Studies, Oxford History of the Biblical World, Oxford Illustrated History of the Bible, Oxford Bible Atlas, and other works.
