NAMTA Montessori Bibliography & Research Guide (1985-present; updated quarterly) incorporates the print bibliographies of 1985, 1995 and 2002. It contains indexing for primary and secondary materials in the English language concerning Montessori education. National Criminal Justice Reference Service Abstracts (NCJRS) (1970-present; some full-text; Tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) contains summaries of important law enforcement and criminal justice books, government reports, research reports, journals, and unpublished research. It covers corrections, courts, crime statistics, domestic preparedness, drugs, juvenile justice, law enforcement, and victims. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) Working Papers (Nov 1994-present; full-text Mar 2000-present) provides scientific papers reported by professional economists in academia, business and the government from around the world. About 500 papers are published each year. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER).

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Digital Images (XLinks) is a part of OhioLINK's Digital Resource Commons and contains digital documents related to slavery, abolition, and emancipation. The collection includes abolitionist broadsheets, photographs by Matthew Brady, letters and speeches of President Lincoln and other presidents, and other historic letters, documents, and pictures. The original documents are found in the Gilder Lehrman Collection of the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. The digital images were made available through the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. The user interface is provided by OhioLINK.

Natural and Alternative Treatments (1997-present; all full-text) provides accurate, unbiased information on natural health. It contains articles on herbs and supplements, medical conditions, drug interactions, alternative therapies and homeopathy. Articles are based on double-blind, placebo-controlled studies and other forms of meaningful scientific evidence. More than 12,000 such studies are cited in the material, and new studies are added as they appear. The evidence-based content has been developed and reviewed by a team of physicians and pharmacologists with the goal of providing reliable information without exaggeration or misrepresentation. The user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

Naxos Music Library (XLinks) contains the complete Naxos and Marco Polo catalogues of over 165,000 tracks, including classical music, Jazz World and chinese music. It includes biographical information on composers or artists included in the database. Users can select works by composer, artist, period, year of composition, instrument or genre. Playlists can be casily created for educational assignments or for hours of personal enjoyment. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by Naxo Music Library. This resource is limited to 8 simultaneous users and requires Adobe Flash Player.

Naxos Music Library Jazz (XLinks) contains close to 20,000 tracks of jazz from over 1,900 albums by more than 500 jazz artists. It comprises Naxos Jazz and the 22 labels of Fantasy Jazz. Naxos Jazz, along with Prophone and Proprius, provides the world of international Jazz, covering Sweden and Scandinavian jazz artists. US-based Fantasy Jazz has a deep jazz catalogue and offers the best in blues and R&B. Users can select works by artist, title and catalogue number. Playlists can be easily created for educational assignments or for hours of personal enjoyment. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by Naxo Music Library. This resource is limited to 5 simultaneous users and requires Adobe Flash Player.

New International Dictionary of Old Testament Theology and Exegesis (library only database) contains the guide to theology and exegesis, 3,000 lexical and topical entries, integrated cross references, and indexes. It includes abbreviations and transliterations. It is published by and the user interface is provided by Zondervan Publishing.

New Testament Abstracts (1985-present; tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) is a research and bibliographic aid for scholars of the New Testament and its historical milieu. Formerly a library only database, this resource is now available over the Internet from off-campus locations. It covers the New Testament, gospels, acts, epistles, revelation, biblical theology and the world of the New Testament. It contains 38,000 article abstracts, 1,200 review abstracts, 13,500 book abstracts, and 50 software abstracts. In addition, approximately 800 current books are summarized annually. It is produced by a partnership between the American Theological Library Association (ATLA) and the Weston Jesuit School of Theology. The user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

New York Times Digital Microfilm (Late Edition, East Coast; 2008-forward; all full-text; updated quarterly) offers actual page images of this newspaper. This resource is best used if you know the year and month of a particular article. Users can scroll through page images and search within a particular year, month, and day. It is produced by the newspapers and the user interface is provided by ProQuest Digital Microfilm. Click Select and then the newspaper title.

New York Times Historical Database (1851-within four years of the present; all full-text; updated annually; RefWorks help; XLinks) contains full-page and article images of every page of every issue, cover to cover, in downloadable PDF. It includes ads, comics, cartoons, photos, maps and other graphics. It is produced by the New York Times and the user interface is provided by ProQuest.

Nurse Theorists: Portraits of Excellence (streaming videos), contains videos of 22 innovative women who are widely regarded as nursing's premier scholars: Virginia Henderson, Myra Levine, Dorothy Johnson, Rosemarie Parse, Sr. Callista Roy, Florence Nightingale, Martha Rogers, Hildegard Peplau, Madeleine Leininger, Dorothea Orem, Reva Rubin, Betty Newman, Imogene King, Margaret Newman, Ida Orlando Pelletier, Jean Watson, Helen Erickson, Pamela Reed, Merle Mishet, Afaf Meleis, Patricia Benner, and Nola Pender. The entry for each theorist includes a bibliography of the their writings and a resource list of helpful websites and organizations.
